With colder weather upon us, we've gathered together a collection of our finest cold weather jackets, coats and accessories. The hallmark of these particular items, aside from their extremely high quality, is their warmth. The B-3 is the classic "bomber" jacket. It kept our bomber crews warm at high altitude and will keep you warm during the coldest winter days. For all-out, extreme cold weather protection, try the N-3B parka or the N2-B jacket. For classic styling and the warmth of wool, try the USN Peacoat. And don't forget our cold weather accessories like scarves, gloves & watch caps.

Inspired by the caps worn by USAAF bomber crews during WWII, our aviator "Trapper" cap is the ultimate headgear for cold weather wear! The outer shell is constructed from genuine leather (which has been "antiqued" to give it that vintage look) and features extra-long fur-lined ear flaps with adjustable chin strap & antiqued brass d-rings, fur-lined brim, and a warm quilted liner. A great cap to wear for snowboarding, skiing, or open-cockpit flying. It's also a great way to keep your head warm when taking a stroll or doing outdoor chores on a cold winter day. Antique Cowhide B-15

Our Antique Cowhide B-15 is a remake of a classic flight jacket, recreated in beautiful hand-aged Italian cowhide leather! The B-15 was derived from the B-10, which was developed for the USAAF in 1943 (the B-10 was the AAF's first cloth jacket and was meant to replace the venerable A-2). The B-15 was introduced in 1944 (initially in cloth during WWII, then later in nylon after the war) and saw service with the USAF until the early 1950s when it was replaced by the MA-1. Having transitioned from the WWII era into the '50s, the B-15 was the first of the USAF's modern "jet age" nylon flight jackets. These jackets were sleek, lightweight, warm and ideally suited to fulfill the demands required by the new era of jet flight.
We've taken the ultimate version of this jacket, the B-15D, and upgraded it with soft & supple antique cowhide leather! Authentic details include the oxygen mask retention tab on the left chest, a pair of radio headset cord tabs, two unflapped snap-closure front pockets, pen-pencil pocket on the left sleeve, one interior pocket, removable genuine mouton fur collar (with standard leather collar underneath), knit cuffs & waistband, and 100% nylon lining. We've even given this jacket a few years of "wear" -- the hand-rubbed, hand-aged cowhide gives this jacket the subtle look of a veteran flight jacket right out of the box! And to make this jacket even more versatile, we've included a zip-in/out Thinsulate liner for added warmth when the temperature drops, making this a true three season jacket!
Our Antique Cowhide B-15 is a classic flyer's jacket at heart so it's perfectly suited for high altitude wear, but its luxurious leather construction gives it a degree of sophistication not found in a typical nylon flight jacket. It's the perfect amalgam of military practicality & upscale luxury, making it the ideal jacket for all your high-flying or ground-level activities! Color: antique brown.

 The B-3 is THE classic WWII sheepskin "Bomber" jacket! B-17s and B-24s were not pressurized... and the unheated cabins got awfully cold at altitude! This was the jacket that kept our bomber crews warm during their perilous missions in the skies over Europe. The B-3 jacket is clearly a winner in both warmth and style... even non-aviators like Gen. George Patton chose to wear a specially-modified version of the B-3 (instead of the standard tanker's jacket)! The B-3 features: sheepskin, tanned from thick Nappa Leather, all-natural sheep fur, leather welted seams, brass zipper, and buckled collar and waist-adjustment straps. The B-3 also features two front handwarmer pockets, a practical convenience which the original B-3s lacked (the originals only had a small map pouch). This N-2B is THE jacket for extreme cold weather! Standardize for both the USAAF and USN in 1943, the ANJ-4 was the last flight jacket to be made from shearling sheepskin. Designed to replace the aging B-3, the ANJ-4 boasted numerous improvements over the B-3 in warmth, durability and practicality. This stylish waist-length "bomber" jacket features thick sheep wool for warmth, two front cargo pockets, antiqued brass zipper, interior knit cuffs and, as a concession to modern times, side-entry handwarmer pockets (which the originals lacked). This "museum quality" reproduction is authentically patterned after the russet colored B-3s that were issued in early 1942. It features the single horsehide front "map" pocket (original WWII B-3s did not have front handwarmer pockets like modern B-3 reproductions have), horsehide covered reinforced sleeves, and horsehide shoulder tabs for attaching officer rank insignia. It also features a vintage label, a USAAF insignia on the left sleeve, horsehide belting straps on the waist for the perfect fit, and horsehide belting straps around the authentic snap-down shearling collar.
